We design hardware from first principles: statics, dynamics, load paths, stress, and tolerancing worked out from the underlying physics, not assumed from a template. The reasoning is backed by simulation where it counts and captured in drawings a shop can build to; so you get a design that works and the analysis that proves why.
What's involved
- First-principles analysis of loads, stresses, and motion, every dimension traced to a reason
- Stress, thermal, and fatigue FEA in PrePoMax, with custom analysis in Python where a problem needs it
- 3D modelling in SolidWorks, Onshape, Fusion 360, or Inventor, dimensioned and toleranced to ASME Y14.5
- Manufacturable design definition and drawings, the design handed off ready to build
